By using the kosu app you agree to these Terms of Use. kosu is an app for discovering, creating and joining local events.

Using kosu

You must use kosu lawfully and respect other people. You are responsible for the content you create, including events and comments, and for your interactions with other users, online and offline.

Content and conduct

You may not use kosu for illegal activity, or to post content that is harmful, deceptive, or violates our Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for any event you create or attend.

Safety

kosu provides reporting, blocking and moderation tools. Meeting people offline carries real-world risk; use your own judgement and the in-app safety tools.

Moderation and access

We may hide content after review, and may limit or remove access for accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Disclaimer and liability

kosu is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, kosu is not liable for user-generated content, for interactions between users, or for events organised through the app.
